Purpos:
A Funds Team Coordinator that will assist in day-to-day processes within the entire funds team, to include, but not limited to: Return to Title IV calculations (R2T4), Federal Work-Study tracking (FWS), stipend reports, and creating batches.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (those that must be performed with or without an ADA Accommodation):
- As needed, assisting with R2T4 calculations, ISIR importing/matching, stipend registers, tracking of federal work-study student's pay & hours, creating batches for FSEOG and internal scholarships, Student Account Summary reports from COD, and reviewing exceptions through Anthology for FAA processes.

- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned

Competencies | Knowledge | Skills | Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Department of Education rules and regulations
- Solid understanding of and experience working with R2T4
- Manual experience working with R2T4 a plus
- Experience working in Federal Student Aid websites (COD, NSLDS, FSA training, etc)
Education | Experience:
- 3 years of experience working in financial aid
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is highly recommended, but not required
Computer Skills:
- Strong proficiency with PC and Mac (Office 365 - Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Merge documents
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP function a plus
- Experience working in CampusVue or Anthology database

- Reliable high speed internet connection at home or within a quiet environment
